Sugar Therapy was born from a lifelong love of baking that began as a little girl, making cookies at sleepovers with friends and discovering how dessert had a way of bringing people together. Over the years, baking for others became my own form of stress therapy – a creative outlet that brings calm, joy, and purpose. Today, Sugar Therapy is a home bakery focused on elevated, gourmet flavors made from scratch with high-quality ingredients and thoughtful care. Each treat is created with the hope that it offers more than sweetness – that it brings comfort, slows life down for a moment, and helps melt stress away. Because dessert makes everything better.
