Lead Clinician/Primary Counselor:

Job Responsibilities: Reinforce clinical program and staff adherence to the program standards. Perform all functions of Primary Counselor (assume responsibility for case load of patients, interviewing, evaluation and development of treatment plans for patients, preparation of discharge and/or referral summaries, assist in the coordination of communication and program interaction with the medical, psychiatric, and psychological services). Assist in the oversight and documentation of clinical service provided by the treatment team; assist in the assurance that these services are in accordance with the Standards of Care established by FRC. Provide orientation in accordance with training standards. Is assigned to provide on-call coverage. Marketing duties and other duties as assigned. Plans all groups for each treatment night and compiles patient screening list. Primary contact for staff, patient or parental issues/concerns/questions. Participates in Group Consultation weekly. Meet weekly with Program Director to address any concerns as well as supervision. Assign caseloads. Ensures census is accurately completed nightly.

Qualifications: LCPC/LPC, LCSW/LSW, PsyD/PhD, LMFT/AMFT. Willing to consider license eligible clinicians with clinical experience working with adolescents and families. About Family Recovery Centers: Family Recovery Centers (FRC) is a behavioral health facility specializing in Intensive Outpatient services for adolescents and families. FRC has three locations in Hoffman Estates, Plano and St. Charles, IL. FRC is Joint Commission-accredited and state-licensed. FRC utilizes a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) approach to treatment and works with adolescents struggling with maladaptive behaviors such as substance use, self-injury, defiance, and suicidal ideation as well as significant mood and anxiety disorders.

The Board of Directors is seeking applications to fill the position of President/Executive Director.
The President must be a dynamic leader who will focus on preserving the values, culture, and
Lasallian charism, while leading the Manor to grow and advance. The President promotes the
mission of the De La Salle Christian Brothers and manifests an inspiring vision and message. InIn
addition to commitment to the mission, priorities for the President include:
• Serve as the foundational leader of the Manor
• Build a Lasallian community through living and working at La Salle Manor
• Manageoperationofthefacilitiesandschedulingandcoordinationofgroupsutilizingthemanor
• Prepare and oversee an annual budget to address day-to-day operations
• Procure goods and services to meet long-term and short-term needs
• Recruit, manage, and supervise Manor staff, including retreat staff, cooks, housekeeping, and administrative assistant
• Attendtoupkeepandmaintenanceofthebuildingsandgrounds
• Maintain open communication with and report to the Midwest District Christian Brothers and the La Salle Manor
Board of Directors
• Engage in active development and fundraising efforts

Preferred qualifications of the President:
Be a person of strong faith. Catholic affiliation preferred.
Have administrative experience
