Networking Opportunities

• Business After Hours-------------second Tuesday of the month

Business After Hours are held on the 2^nd Tuesday of the month at a member’s business location.  The After Hours informal gathering provides a great way to meet members of the Chamber. Contact the Events Committee for more information.

• Annual Golf Outing---------------third Thursday of June 

The golf outing is held on the third Thursday of June. It is a great laid back way to socialize with other members and possibly get some leads while on the course.

• Annual Dinner---------------------third Saturday of January

The Plano Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner is held on the third Saturday of January in celebration of the events of the previous membership year.

• Health & Wellness Expo----------third Thursday of March

The Health & Wellness Expo is held on the third Thursday of March. Various companies involved in the health and wellness industry display their information and talk with other business and community members. Great marketing opportunity!

• Business Expo---------------------third Thursday of October

The Business Expo is held on the third Thursday of October. Various companies in the area get together and promote their business to other local businesses as well as the general public. A great way for businesses to help each other.

• Leads Groups----------------------weekly

This is a great networking opportunity to get business referrals from Chamber members.

• Economic Forecast Breakfast------annually in January

The Economic Forecast breakfast has a local banker come in and review what the economy did last year and make predictions for the following year so businesses in the local area know what to expect economically and how it will affect them.

• Ribbon Cuttings-------------------varies as new businesses open

A great way to introduce yourself to the new businesses and their owners that move into our area.

• Seminars/Programs---------------as scheduled

The Plano Area Chamber of Commerce will put on seminars and programs on a variety of topics that will help educate its members on important topics that affect their business.
